The 2022 Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Exchange Conference (HCH) will be held in Wuhan from September 15 to 17, and the Special Session on International Education Cooperation will kick off concurrently.

Guided by the Central Working Group on the Recruitment of Overseas High-level Talents and co-sponsored by the People’s Government of Hubei Province, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the People’s Government of Wuhan, HCH is scheduled to take place in Wuhan, Hubei from September 15 to 17, 2022. The 2022 HCH Special Session on International Education Cooperation, undertaken by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education and co-organized by Hubei Provincial Education Foreign Exchange Service Center and Wuhan Hyde Cambridge Education Consulting Co., Ltd., will be held on the afternoon of September 16.

Centered on the theme "Pool Strength to Build a High Ground for Opening-up of Education in Central China", this special session strives to build a communication and exchange platform for universities, colleges and educational institutions at home and abroad, and advance educational exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries. Relevant leading officials of Hubei provincial education authorities, together with representatives from numerous prestigious universities and key middle schools, will attend the forum.

To fully deliver a well-organized session amid regularized pandemic prevention and control, and offer participating entities a safer, more convenient and more intuitive exchange platform, this special session will adopt a dual-track online-offline model. The offline part mainly consists of on-site speeches and face-to-face exchanges, while the online part relies on live video connections and video playback. Participants who cannot be present in person due to force majeure may join via the online channel.
