In 2024, Japan implemented a unified National Japanese Language Teacher Certification system. The Japan College of Jinan University and Waseda University have jointly launched a training program consisting of 6 months online plus 6 months offline in Japan. Upon successful completion, participants may teach in Japan or be recruited for Air China’s Japan routes in China.
