The 2021 Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Exchange Conference (HCH) will be held in Wuhan from November 10 to 12, and the long-anticipated Special Session on International Education Cooperation will kick off concurrently.

1.Previous editions of the Special Session on International Education Cooperation were co-sponsored by the People’s Government of Hubei Province, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the People’s Government of Wuhan, undertaken by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, and co-organized by Hubei Provincial Education Foreign Exchange Service Center and Wuhan Hyde Cambridge Education Consulting Co., Ltd.

2.Centered on the theme of "Building Cooperation Platforms to Boost Educational Exchanges", the conference will invite overseas representatives from relevant sectors to brief participants on the latest developments in international education and share experience in cross-border educational collaboration. It serves as a communication hub for universities, colleges and educational institutions at home and abroad.

3.Building on past experience, the 2020 special session pioneered a dual-track hybrid online-offline model, enabling broader and in-depth exchanges as well as more diverse and convenient cooperation channels.

4.Since its debut in 2017, the HCH Special Session on International Education Cooperation has become a bellwether for international educational exchange and cooperation in Hubei Province. It unlocks new prospects for cross-border educational collaboration in the province and acts as a vital bond and bridge linking educational institutions worldwide.

5.This year’s session is expected to retain the hybrid online-offline dual-track format. It aims to further explore new opportunities for international exchanges and cooperation amid regular pandemic prevention and control measures, foster innovative approaches and elevate collaborative outcomes to new heights.
