On the morning of October 20, 2020, the Working Promotion Meeting for the International Education Cooperation Session of the 20th HCH was successfully held in Conference Room No.5 on the 3rd Floor of the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. Huang Nianping, Director of the Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Division of the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, Lu Jinyuan, Director of the Hubei Provincial Education Foreign Exchange Service Center, and other leading officials attended the meeting and delivered important speeches and instructions on follow-up work respectively.

 Representatives from the following institutions attended the meeting: Central China Normal University, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Hubei Engineering University, Hanjiang Normal University, Wuhan Polytechnic, Wuhan Railway Vocational and Technical College, Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College, as well as Wuchang Experimental Boarding School. Relevant persons-in-charge of all institutions carefully listened to the work arrangements and deployments issued by provincial education authorities for this hybrid international conference combining online and offline formats. Against the backdrop of regularized COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control, all participants agreed to forge ahead despite difficulties, and conduct thorough, meticulous and solid preparation for every aspect of the conference to guarantee its complete success.
